I have been watching Alaska Airlines’ fares this week and they have some excellent prices for the summer. If you haven’t booked your trip yet, now is the time!

These bites are so quick and easy, and the best part is they are broiled with very little oil.
1 lb halibut
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 tsp onion salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dill weed
Move oven rack to top position (about 4-5 inches from flame) and set your oven temp to broil.
Cut halibut into bite sized pieces. In Ziploc bag mix all dry ingredients. Place halibut in bag and toss to thoroughly coat fish.
Lightly grease cookie sheet with olive oil. Place halibut on sheet and broil for approximately 4-5 minutes. Check the biggest piece of halibut by breaking in half, fish should be solid white and not translucent. Top with juice from a fresh lemon, and enjoy while hot.
