After being shut out in 2008, Dickie Ewing, from Texas, came back to the Kenai with a score to settle. And we are happy to report that he got his king on the first and second day. Good Job Dickie!

The weather wasn’t great Tuesday, but no one seemed to care about the rain after the fish started biting.

Jayna and Darilyn from the Young Presidents Organization Twin Cities Chapter, and Andrea from the Anchorage Convention and Visitor Bureau, had a great Monday fishing with their guide, Albert, for sockeye. All the ladies got their limit and are headed home with fish for the freezer.

Glenn Carlstrand, back for the second year, caught a bright 34 pound king.  He is looking to top that when he goes out  again Tuesday.

David Lau, from Hawaii, also got a nice 41 pounder.
